We are seeking experienced Sales Development Representatives (13 years) with a proven track record in B2B lead generation and pipeline development. As an SDR, you will play a key role in prospecting, qualifying, and booking meetings with senior decision makers across North America, UAE & India.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Lead generation through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and related prospecting tools to identify and qualify potential clients.

2) Drive business development initiatives with international clients across IT services and solutions.

3) Handle pre-sales activities related to Information Technology services, including solution positioning and proposal support.

4) Identify market trends and customer needs to build and maintain a robust short-, medium and long-term sales pipeline.

5) Conduct data gathering, market mapping, and research analysis to support sales strategy.

6) Follow up on new business opportunities and schedule client meetings.

7) Execute and continuously improve proprietary lead generation and data collection techniques.

8) Support senior team members in drafting RFPs and RFIs.

9) Provide structured and timely reporting to the Manager.





10) Build and nurture strong professional relationships with prospects and clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1) MBA in Marketing, Sales, International Business, or a related discipline is preferred.

2) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

3) 1-2 years of experience in B2B inside sales, lead generation, or sales development.

4) Mandatory experience working in an IT services company.

5) Exposure to cloud, data, AI, or staffing verticals preferred.

6) Proficiency in sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot/Salesforce, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Apollo.io).

7) Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

8) Proven experience working with international clients and global market.
