About the role: Handle vehicle compliance cases for our customers on government and partner web portals: look up pending dues such as traffic e-challans, process payments online and keep accurate records.
Role & responsibilities
- Search and verify vehicle compliance records on official online portals
- Process and settle pending dues online accurately and on time
- Update payment receipts and case status in Excel/Google Sheets
- Flag failed or mismatched transactions
- Meet daily processing targets with high accuracy
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduates or candidates pursuing graduation (regular, open or distance learning welcome)
- Freshers welcome (0-2 years)
- Comfortable working on a laptop all day: browsing, online forms, multiple tabs
- Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good attention to detail; basic Hindi and English reading
- Work from office: Delhi (Okhla) or Faridabad
