A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Release Manager to support technology initiatives within a global organization. This person will own project and release activities across the SDLC, establish strong governance and controls, manage stakeholders, and drive work forward independently. The ideal candidate is confident, adaptable, and comfortable leading meetings, building project plans, managing dependencies, and holding teams accountable
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Project Management, Release Management, or similar delivery experience
Strong release management experience across the SDLC
Experience establishing and managing governance, controls, risks, dependencies, and project plans
Solid stakeholder management across technical and business teams
Ability to independently own projects and drive deliverables forward
Experience leading meetings and communicating confidently with stakeholders
Adaptable approach to project management and comfortable working within an existing framework
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Resource planning / capacity planning experience
Program management exposure
Agile/Scrum experience
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar delivery tools
Experience supporting global or distributed teams
