Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated and target-oriented Sales & Business Development Executives to join our growing organisation.

The selected candidates will be responsible for business development, field sales, lead generation, client acquisition and successful closures across our two business divisions: Real Estate and Home Loans.

Based on the candidate's experience, skills and interview performance, the individual will be assigned to the most suitable division.

Roles & Responsibilities;

1. Real Estate Division

- Visit apartments, villas, gated communities, builder offices and upcoming projects.
- Generate property sales leads through field marketing and direct interactions.
- Build relationships with builders, developers, property owners and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, property visits and regular follow-ups.
- Promote real estate services and convert potential leads into successful closures.

2. Home Loans Division

- Generate home loan and mortgage loan leads through field marketing.
- Visit residential communities, apartments, builder offices and potential business locations.
- Establish relationships with builders, agents, customers and referral partners.
- Promote home loan services through banners, marketing materials and direct campaigns.
- Coordinate with customers and banks for loan processing and successful disbursement.
- Follow up with prospective customers and drive monthly business targets.





Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, business development, real estate, banking, financial services or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing and business development.
- Ability to generate leads independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, disciplined and result-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: 35,000 40,000 per month.
- Travel & Food Allowance: 5,000 10,000 per month, depending on profile.
- Additional performance-based incentives with attractive earning potential.

Working Conditions

- Full-time position.
- Saturday and Sunday are working days.
- Weekly off will be provided on a weekday.
- Field visits and client meetings as per business requirements.

Probation & Benefits

- Initial probation period as per company policy.
- Leave benefits and other applicable employee benefits after successful completion of probation, subject to company policy and applicable laws.
- Performance evaluations will be conducted periodically.
