Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
Work Mode: Hybrid 3 to 4 days working from office

Requirement:Campus Recruitment Strategy

- Design and execute annual campus hiring strategies aligned with workforce planning goals.
- Lead end-to-end campus recruitment programs, including internships, graduate hiring, and early-career talent initiatives.
- Develop diverse talent pipelines from premier universities and institutes.
- Monitor campus hiring metrics including conversion rates, diversity hiring, offer acceptance, and quality of hire.

University Relations & Partnerships

- Establish and nurture partnerships with universities, colleges, faculty members, placement cells, and student organizations.
- Identify and engage strategic academic partners to support hiring, research collaborations, internships, and talent development initiatives.
- Represent the organization at campus events, career fairs, networking forums, conferences, and sponsorship programs.
- Develop annual engagement plans with target institutions to drive brand visibility and talent attraction.

Employer Branding

- Develop and execute campus-focused employer branding strategies that position the company as an employer of choice.
- Partner with Marketing, Communications, HR,



and business leaders to create compelling employer value proposition (EVP) campaigns.
- Manage campus brand ambassadors, student engagement programs, hackathons, competitions, and innovation challenges.
- Leverage digital and social media channels to enhance brand awareness among students and early-career talent.

Internship & Early Careers Programs

- Design and manage internship and co-op programs from attraction through conversion.
- Partner with business leaders to create meaningful internship experiences and conversion strategies.
- Drive initiatives that improve intern engagement, candidate experience, and internship-to-full time conversion rates.

Talent Analytics & Strategic Insights

- Analyse campus hiring performance, university engagement effectiveness, employer branding impact, and talent pipeline health to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports to measure key metrics including applicant volume, conversion rates, quality of hire, offer acceptance, internship conversion, diversity outcomes, and return on investment (ROI) of campus initiatives.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market intelligence to understand emerging talent trends, university rankings, skill availability, and competitor hiring strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to recommend target schools, engagement investments, hiring models, branding strategies, and workforce planning initiatives.
