1. Perform Inter unit stock reconciliation (Issues/outward in one unit should be mapped with inwards in other job work units)

2. Perform reconciliation of Purchases/purchase returns as per SAP purchase register with Inwards as per manual excel tracker.

3. Perform reconciliation of Sales/sales return as per SAP sales register with outwards as per manual excel tracker.

4. Perform reconciliation of Bonded warehouse stock.

5. Discuss with block in-charge on product wise solvents recovery and perform recovery solvent reconciliation.

6. Coordinate with the Production Team on a daily basis to validate SAP consumption entries with actual consumption.

7. Any other miscellaneous work if any.

1. MS Excel

2. SAP
