- Installation and commissioning of automatic lubrication system on machines.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to automatic lubrication system.
- Travel to customer facilities as required for service, repair and support.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support to customers.
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Follow safety guidelines during service operations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts.
- Basic understanding of pump and rotating equipment.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer site visits.
