Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced .NET Microservices Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable, resilient, and cloud-native applications for critical banking and financial services. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, Microservices, Kafka, AWS, and containerization technologies, along with knowledge of DevOps practices and AI-assisted software engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and support enterprise-grade microservices and REST APIs.
- Build secure, scalable, resilient, and cloud-native applications using C# and .NET 8.
- Participate in solution design, technical architecture, and engineering discussions.
- Implement Microservices and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
- Develop event-driven applications using Kafka and messaging technologies.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, application failures, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with architecture, platform, DevOps, and business teams.
- Drive automation, monitoring, observability, and continuous improvement across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
- Adopt AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to improve development productivity.
- Support application deployment, containerization, cloud operations, and production troubleshooting.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Strong experience in C#, .NET 8, and ASP.NET Core.
- Hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).




- Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Experience with Kafka and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
- Experience in Monitoring, Observability, and Production Support.
- Strong understanding of Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and DevOps principles.
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience is mandatory.

Desirable Skills

- Experience in legacy application modernization.
- Experience working in AI-assisted software engineering environments.
- Exposure to OpenShift and cloud platform technologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps and security practices.
- Experience in application deployment, CI/CD integration, platform operations, and troubleshooting.
