Role & responsibilities

- Handle backend data entry and documentation.
- Verify and update customer information.
- Process requests accurately within defined timelines.
- Maintain data quality and follow SOPs.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and SLA targets

Candidate Requirements

- Fresher and 0-1 year experience candidate can apply.
- Graduates from BBA,BA and B.Com are eligible only.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a non-voice backend process.
- Must be comfortable working as per the applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Willingness to work from the office is mandatory.
- Candidates must be flexible to travel between Gurugram and Noida office locations as per business requirements.

Work Location

1. Candor TechSpace, Sector 48, Gurugram.
2. Boulevard Tech Park, Noida.

Important Work Requirements:

- 100% Work From Office.
- No Work From Home or Hybrid facility.




- Regular shift: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- One week of night shift once every two months.
