Role & responsibilities

* Looking for a skilled IT Administrator to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure in a high-frequency trading environment. The candidate will be responsible for network infrastructure, firewall security, Windows Server administration, IT service management, and desktop support.

* Hands-on expertise in IT Hardware, Software, Networking, LAN/WAN, and System Troubleshooting.

* Responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing office IT infrastructure and trading desks.

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot NetXGATE, Sophos, and Fortinet firewalls.

- Manage firewall policies, NAT, VPNs, routing, and access control rules.

- Monitor firewall health, network traffic, and security events.

- Troubleshoot internet connectivity and firewall-related issues.

- Implement security policies to protect the company's network and systems.





- Manage WAN failover and link monitoring wherever required.

- Monitor IT infrastructure and respond to technical incidents promptly.

- Maintain reliable network connectivity for business-critical trading operations.

- Troubleshoot connectivity issues affecting trading systems and applications.

- Coordinate with software vendors, ISPs, and hardware service providers.

- Maintain records of incidents, changes, and troubleshooting activities.

Preferred candidate profile

* Prior experience in Stock Market / Financial Trading setups.

* Knowledge of Greek, Convex, MultiTrade, and Algo Trading platforms will be given high preference.

* Back office backup ( Shilpy Software)

* Knowledge of Advance Excel
