We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales & Channel Partner Executive for our Skyhigh residential project at Hinjewadi.
The candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with a strong existing network of Channel Partners across West Pune. The role involves developing CP relationships, generating business opportunities and driving residential property sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand the Channel Partner network across West Pune.
Identify, connect with and onboard new Channel Partners.
Maintain strong relationships with existing Channel Partners.
Conduct regular CP meetings to generate business opportunities.
Conduct project presentations, site visits and product training for Channel Partners.
Generate qualified leads through the Channel Partner network.
Coordinate client site visits and follow up with prospective buyers.
Maintain regular engagement with Channel Partners to drive sales.
Work towards achieving assigned sales and business development targets.
Maintain proper records of CP meetings, leads, follow-ups and business activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
Good existing Channel Partner contacts across West Pune.
Robust understanding of the Pune residential real estate market.
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
Good networking, negotiation and business development abilities.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Baner
Balewadi
Aundh and nearby West Pune locations
Important: This is a residential real estate sales role focused on Channel Partner development and business generation. Candidates from purchase, procurement or unrelated sourcing backgrounds are not suitable.
