Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-driven IT

Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in technical recruitment.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, technical screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Handle multiple IT requirements and ensure timely closures.

2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.




- Apply Boolean search techniques and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate database.

3. Candidate Screening & Evaluation

- Conduct initial screening and assess technical skills, experience, and communication abilities.
- Evaluate candidates based on job fit, salary expectations, and notice period.
- Ensure quality profile submissions aligned with hiring requirements.

4. Interview Coordination & Follow-ups

- Schedule and coordinate technical and managerial interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and interview panels for timely feedback.
- Maintain consistent candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

5. Offer Management & Closures

- Coordinate salary negotiations and offer discussions.
- Drive offer acceptance and successful candidate onboarding.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to minimize offer dropouts and ensure joining commitments.

6. Recruitment Reporting

- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Track sourcing, submissions, interviews, selections, offers, and joinings.
- Provide regular recruitment updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Competencies

- 1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies,



technical roles, and skill requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Knowledge of Boolean search and candidate mapping techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate engagement and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about talent acquisition.
