4 6 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Analyst, Account

Reconciliation Analyst or in a similar finance operations role.

• Experience in accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, financial operations, or

open-item management.

• Solid understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable process, goods receipt,

invoice processing, payment, and clearing flows.

• Proven ability to analyze and reconcile GRIR, Trade, Leasing, Consignment, and

other clearing or control account balances.

• Ability to interpret balances, open items, aging, variances, and transaction-level

details to identify root causes and required actions.

• Experience working with SAP FI and MM modules; ability to navigate financial

and procurement-related postings and documents (S/4HANA exposure

preferred).

• Strong analytical mindset, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and ability to work

with large data sets.

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to clarify accountability, drive required

actions and persistently follow through until sustainable resolution is achieved.
