Role & responsibilities

The Senior Consultant Microsoft 365 Adoption, Power Platform & Copilot will help customers move beyond licence deployment to practical business adoption. The role combines consulting, solution design, implementation, enablement and adoption measurement across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft 365 Copilot and related Microsoft 365 services.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a structured consultant who combines business understanding with hands-on execution. The person should be comfortable owning a customer conversation, challenging unclear requirements, producing disciplined documentation and driving work to closure.

This role is unlikely to suit candidates whose experience is limited to Microsoft 365 administration, help-desk support, ticket resolution, classroom-only training or isolated Power Apps development without customer discovery and adoption responsibility.
