Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
- Assist customers with their questions related to products, services and accounts.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues whenever required.
- Ensure good customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Use active listening and problem-solving skills while interacting with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for resolving customer issues.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Good English communication skills.
- Robust customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Ability to work in a target-based environment.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 3 LPA to 4.5 LPA (Depending on experience and interview performance).
