About the job:

Job Title: Regional Manager – South (UG Program)

Reporting to: Head of Student Recruitment (UG Programs)

Job Purpose:

Responsible to support the admissions team and be the students touch point starting form application enquiry till offer letter stage.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role:

- Building relationships with High School, Junior College, College Principals/Heads, Education Agents, Counselors and Coaching Classes and explain perks of the BBA, BBC and BEC programs.




- Participating in visits and other special events to explain the programs to potential students.
- Preparing weekly/monthly reports regarding activities and future plans of the program to create awareness of SPJ and Its programs.
- Making presentations at schools, colleges and road shows in designated regions (West).
- Representing the company at education/career fairs in designated regions (West).
- Managing Counsellors schedule and ensure their performance.
- Planning, coordinating and organizing events such as Road Shows, Sponsorship events, Summer School, etc.
- Counselling prospective students by providing adequate information regarding admission procedures, information about program and career possibilities.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding targets of number of applications generated and student enrolment for all programs.
- Creating and conducting pre-departure sessions.
- Alumni interactions and relations.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

- Postgraduate.
- 5 - 10 years of post-qualification experience.

Skills and Competencies:

- Must have good networking and selling skills.
- Must have experience of “sales” in the service sector / multi course institution.
- Must have an eye for detail, accuracy and follow-up to deliver student acceptances.
- Must have an understanding of the Educational Market in India. Must be adept at using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills particularly ability to make presentations to large audiences.
- Must have a pleasant personality and a go-getter attitude.
- Must be capable of working with minimal supervision. Willing to travel extensively.
