Monday -Saturday 6 days work from Office
Timing 10:30am to 07:30 pm

Job Description for AR Collection - Executive

1. Accounting Background and B2B collection experience
2. Support Account Managers via Phone and mails (With good English knowledge) as interactions to be done with our global partners too.
3. Sending invoices to Customers, following up with Customers for payments as per PTP
4. Resolving Customer disputes if any by coordinating with internal departments,



Updating Customer interaction.
5. Ensuring Transaction Feedback is closed within timelines.
6. Achieving Monthly Collection Target.
7. Reconciliation from Customer end for payment clarity
8. Should handle direct end to end accounts along with client visit.
9. Should be able to Handle high end customers

Person Specifications:

1. Positive English comm skills Verbal & written
2. 1-3 Yrs. Experience into AR collections (Indian accounting Mandatory)
3. Should be able deal with corporate customers
4. Any graduate in Finance & Accounts
5. Preferred in SAP & advance excel
6. Should be target oriented
