We are looking for experienced GenAI professionals with strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Agent Frameworks, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and MCP (Model Context Protocol).

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI applications.
- Build Agentic AI solutions using up-to-date agent frameworks.
- Develop and optimize RAG-based architectures for intelligent knowledge retrieval.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems using MCP and related protocols.
- Work closely with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Evaluate, fine-tune, and deploy AI models for production environments.
- Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, and performance-optimized.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Expertise in RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Agent Frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain, etc.).
- Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and implementations.
- Experience with MCP, API integrations, and AI orchestration.
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML development ecosystem.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) is an advantage.
Qualification: BE / BTech / MTech / MCA / BCA
