Role & responsibilities :

- Triage L3 escalations that include required logs, client impact, reproduction steps, and prior Support analysis.
- Diagnose complex application, integration, data, performance, and configuration issues.
- Coordinate urgent containment and route permanent remediation to the owning capability pod.
- Lead root cause analysis for significant or recurring incidents.
- Improve diagnostic tooling, observability, knowledge articles, and Support runbooks.
- Identify systemic defect patterns and recommend product or platform backlog items.
- Coach medior L3 Product Engineers and maintain transparent escalation standards with Support.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 3 to 5 years in Java engineering or advanced application support for Medior level; 6+ years for Senior level.




- Strong debugging skills across Java, application servers, APIs, logs, SQL Server, and integrations.
- Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and production change controls.
- Ability to write diagnostic queries and reason about data without making unsafe production changes.
- Methodical troubleshooting and clear written documentation under time pressure.
- Availability for a defined escalation rotation where required by the operating model.
- Senior candidates must demonstrate technical leadership, coaching, and ownership of significant incident reviews.
