Role & responsibilities:

Area Sales Manager Direct Sales

- Operationalize Sales & Marketing Plan
- Generate and service Sales Orders
- Meet Collection Management targets
- Develop and maintain Customer Relationships
- Facilitate Product Approval Management with support of Technical Services team
- Support SOs with Product Price related decisions
- Conduct Marketing Activities (Promotional Meets)
- Map Markets to drive Sales, Profitability & Customer Additions

Performance Targets:

- Sales Orders (Volume, NSR)
- Sales Collections
- Current Customer Additions
- Network Additions (Sales Promoters - Dealers)
- Product Approvals
- Technical Trials & Demos
- Team Reviews (Individual Assessment)
- Team Training
