Job Summary
We are looking for professionals with experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement and Supplier Management to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance and manage global sourcing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies.
- Identify, evaluate and manage suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial terms.
- Manage RFQs, vendor development and supplier relationships.
- Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
- Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking.
- Ensure timely supply, quality and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Logistics and Finance teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 0–12 years of relevant experience, depending on position level.
- Experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Supply Chain.
- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of RFQ, Cost Optimization and Contract Management.
- Global sourcing exposure will be an advantage.
- Experience in Semiconductor, Solar or Manufacturing industries preferred.
