We are looking for technically skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our Technical Voice Support team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, basic computer knowledge, and excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent and fluent verbal communication in English and Hindi (Mandatory) .
- Good knowledge of Hardware and Software Troubleshooting.
- Experience in Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, system configuration and peripherals.
- Valuable customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer calls confidently.
