About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Chartered Accountant to support our finance operations. The role will provide hands-on exposure to financial reporting, taxation, audits, MIS, compliance, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and finalization of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Support internal and statutory audits by coordinating documentation, schedules,



and financial data.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Perform financial and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
- Manage and support GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments, statutory auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.
- Monitor changes in taxation, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
- Articleship completed with a reputed CA firm or corporate organization.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good working knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally.
- Exposure to SAP/Oracle or other ERP systems will be an advantage.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Minimum experience of 2-5 years is required
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- High level of ownership, integrity, and willingness to learn.
