Job Summary
We are looking for candidates with experience in SAP operations and support. The role involves handling SAP entries, coordinating with different teams, supporting invoice and payment processes, and maintaining SAP data and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day SAP entries and transactions related to O&M;, Stores and Finance.
- Create and update SAP records and ensure data is accurate and up to date.
- Support PR/PO creation, tracking and invoice processing.
- Handle invoice entries through VIM and follow up for invoice clearance.
- Support SAP FICO, MM, PM, FICA, Ariba and SD related activities.
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Stores, O&M; and site teams for SAP-related activities.
- Maintain and update plant, asset and vendor-related information in SAP.
- Track vendor payments and support vendor reconciliation and MIS reports.
- Support monthly reports, provisions and reconciliation activities.
- Track Bank Guarantees (BG), Letters of Credit (LC) and other payment-related documents.
- Support sales order entries and reconciliation wherever required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure timely completion of SAP entries and follow-up for pending transactions.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP operations/support.
- Experience in SAP entries and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of SAP MM, PM, FICO, FICA, SD and Ariba.
- Experience with VIM / invoice processing.
- Experience in PO, PR, invoice, payment and reconciliation activities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work on different SAP processes.
