Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the assembly team for automation machines and SPM projects.
- Plan, monitor, and ensure timely completion of machine assembly activities.
- Prepare, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide technical training and guidance to assembly team members.
- Implement Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and production targets are achieved.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and assembly-related issues in coordination with engineering teams.
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, defect rates, and overall assembly performance.

Required Skills:

- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of mechanical assembly and automation machines.
- Experience in SOP implementation, Kaizen, and process improvement.
- Ability to work under high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in SPM / Automation Machine Manufacturing industries.
