Requirement
- Proven history of independently maintaining a full set of books rather than doing data entry under someone else's review.
- Personally prepared and filed GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B rather than just preparing data for someone else to file.
- End-to-end TDS handling including correct sections, rates, thresholds, monthly challans, quarterly returns (24Q, 26Q), and Form 16/16A.
- Hands-on experience with bank, vendor, GSTR-2B, and Form 26AS reconciliations.

- Clear written and spoken English for writing vendor emails and replying to departmental notices, working knowledge of Marathi and Hindi, and practical habits regarding financial confidentiality.
- Proactive mindset evidenced by a history of building tracking systems, templates, or SOPs, and cleaning up messy inherited books.
- Receptive to feedback, comfortable having work reviewed by the founder and external CA firms, and willing to document and hand over processes.
- Average tenure of 18+ months across the last three roles, with a clear motivation for seeking an execution-focused, reliable, long-term ownership role rather than an FP&A; or CFO track
