Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement Operations

- Support end-to-end PR to PO cycle, including PR validation, PO creation, amendments, and tracking
- Coordinate with circle teams for requirement consolidation and timely execution
- Ensure adherence to Procurement Policy, SOP, and DOA guidelines

2. Service Sourcing Support

- Assist in sourcing of services across domains such as Civil, Electrical, Site Acquisition, EB, MC NOC, SST, TLVA, AT, PDI, FTTH, Dark Fiber, and Consulting
- Support preparation of RFQs/RFPs, techno-commercial comparisons, and vendor finalization
- Maintain repository of rate contracts and service agreements

3. Commercial & Cost Management

- Support rate negotiations and benchmarking exercises
- Track commodity price trends (steel, battery, cable, duct etc.) for cost impact analysis
- Assist in identifying cost optimization opportunities

4. Vendor Lifecycle Management

- Facilitate recent vendor onboarding, including documentation and due diligence
- Maintain vendor master data and compliance records
- Support vendor evaluation and performance tracking (quality, TAT, cost)
- Assist in vendor development initiatives

5. Vendor Governance & Issue Resolution

- Track and manage vendor escalations and ensure timely closure




- Coordinate for periodic vendor review meetings
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and service levels

6. Financial & Reconciliation Support

- Coordinate with finance for vendor invoice processing and payments
- Support Statement of Account (SOA) and reconciliation (BCC / NDC)
- Track open liabilities and ensure timely closure

7. Quality & Compliance

- Support QMS audits and compliance checks
- Ensure documentation readiness for internal/external audits
- Monitor adherence to safety and regulatory requirements

8. MIS & Reporting

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports on procurement status, vendor performance, cost tracking, and cycle times
- Provide data insights for management reviews

Preferred candidate profile

Competencies / Key Skills

- Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management
- Basic commercial acumen and negotiation support skills
- Good knowledge of telecom passive infra services
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and compliance orientation

Qualifications and Experience

Graduate, Engineering, MBA .
