Hiring: FOS Team Leader SBI

Company: State Bank of India (SBI)

Position: FOS Team Leader

Location: Kerala

Salary: 20,000 – 22,000 In-Hand + Travelling Expenses

Experience: 1–2 Years (Collection & Recovery)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise a team of Field Officers.

* Handle collection and recovery activities.

* Monitor daily team performance and achieve targets.

* Conduct field visits and follow up with customers.

* Prepare daily reports and maintain team productivity.

Requirements:

* 1–2 years of experience in collection and recovery.

* Team handling and leadership skills.

* Positive communication and negotiation skills.

* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
