About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Manufacturing & Supply (M&S;) Expert to join Opella's global ERP Analytics team.

This is a techno-functional position combining SAP Analytics expertise, solution architecture, data integration, business stakeholder engagement and implementation leadership.

The successful candidate will support Opella's existing SAP Analytics landscape while contributing to the adoption of modern SAP data and analytics technologies, including SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).

The role involves collaborating with global business teams, functional architects, technology partners and Manufacturing & Supply stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable and business-focused analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Analytics Architecture & Solution Delivery

- Design, develop and support enterprise analytics solutions using SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, CDS Views and related reporting technologies.
- Evaluate business requirements and recommend appropriate analytics solutions across Embedded Analytics, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere and other platforms.
- Develop scalable data models, reporting frameworks and analytics solutions following SAP architecture standards and best practices.
- Apply LSA++ architecture principles, SQL, data integration and data warehousing concepts to optimize analytical performance.
- Support integration between SAP and non-SAP platforms, including Power BI, Snowflake and other enterprise data systems.

2. Modern SAP Analytics & Technology Transformation

- Contribute to SAP Analytics modernization initiatives involving SAP Datasphere, SAC, Business Data Cloud and related technologies.
- Participate in architecture discussions, platform enhancements, data integration and migration initiatives.
- Evaluate opportunities to improve analytics capabilities through modern data modeling, automation and cloud-based technologies.
- Support the adoption of reusable analytics components, technical standards and scalable solution designs.

3. Manufacturing & Supply Analytics

- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Materials Management and Quality teams to understand business reporting requirements.




- Support analytics solutions related to production execution, material movements, inventory availability, batch management and warehouse operations.
- Translate business processes and operational KPIs into meaningful reporting and analytics solutions.
- Work with functional experts to ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of manufacturing and supply chain data.
- Contribute to solutions involving SAP PP, MM, QM and EWM business processes, based on project requirements.

4. Implementation, Support & Partner Management

- Participate in end-to-end SAP Analytics implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate with implementation partners, application support teams and global stakeholders.
- Review partner deliverables and ensure compliance with technical standards, governance processes and service-level agreements.
- Support application enhancements, incident resolution, change requests and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer, technical documentation and analytics best practices.

5. Stakeholder & Business Engagement

- Engage with global business users, functional teams and technology stakeholders to understand complex analytics requirements.
- Recommend practical and scalable solutions, explaining technical options, limitations and business benefits.
- Facilitate discussions between business and technology teams to resolve conflicting requirements.
- Demonstrate ownership, strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Support data-driven decision-making through reliable analytics and reporting solutions.

Required Technical Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of professional experience in SAP Analytics, business intelligence, data warehousing or enterprise reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BW on HANA or related SAP Analytics platforms.
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, CDS Views and Fiori-based analytics.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data integration, SQL and enterprise analytics architecture.
- Understanding of LSA++ architecture, data extraction, transformation and reporting frameworks.
- Exposure to SAP BusinessObjects, Web Intelligence, Analysis for Office, BODS or related reporting technologies.
- Experience participating in full lifecycle implementation, enhancement, migration or enterprise analytics transformation projects.
- Ability to work with global stakeholders, functional architects,



business users and implementation partners.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving and solution-design capabilities.

Highly Preferred Skills

Candidates with hands-on experience in the following technologies will be particularly valued:

- SAP Datasphere: Data modeling, data integration, replication flows, semantic modeling and analytical solutions.
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC): Analytics dashboards, data visualization, reporting and integration.
- SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC): Knowledge or experience with modern SAP data architecture and related services.
- SAP Databricks: Exposure to advanced SAP data and analytics integration.
- SAP S/4HANA Analytics: Experience designing reporting solutions using Embedded Analytics and CDS Views.
- Experience with SAP Analytics platform modernization or migration initiatives.

Functional Domain Experience — Manufacturing & Supply

Experience in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous:

- SAP Production Planning (PP) and production execution.
- SAP Materials Management (MM) and inventory management.
- Supply Chain Planning and manufacturing operations.
- Quality Management (QM) analytics.
- Batch management and traceability.
- Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) analytics.
- Production, inventory and warehouse performance reporting.

Candidates with strong SAP Analytics architecture and modern SAP technology experience are encouraged to apply, even if their Manufacturing & Supply functional exposure is limited.

Education & Professional Competencies

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience working on global or multi-geography projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external technology partners.
- Good understanding of agile delivery methodologies.
- Willingness to learn emerging technologies and adapt to evolving business requirements.
- Strong written and spoken English.
