Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and capable Corporate Lawyer to independently manage the company's legal matters, mitigate legal risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic legal guidance to management.

Key Responsibilities

Handle corporate legal matters, disputes, litigation, notices, and regulatory issues.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents.

Coordinate with external legal counsel, courts, regulatory authorities, and government departments.

Provide legal advice to management on business operations, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.

Manage employee-related legal issues, contractual disputes, and vendor/customer disputes.

Identify potential legal risks and recommend preventive measures.

Support mergers, acquisitions, investments,



fundraising, and other corporate transactions.

Assist with legal due diligence and documentation for the company's proposed IPO.

Ensure compliance with applicable corporate and business laws.

Qualifications & Experience

LL.B. from a recognized university; LL.M. preferred.

Minimum 5 years of relevant corporate legal experience.

Robust knowledge of Indian corporate laws, commercial contracts, and dispute resolution.

Experience working with corporate groups, large organizations, or listed companies preferred.

Exposure to IPO-related legal due diligence and SEBI regulations would be an advantage.

Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
