Key Responsibilities

• Doorstep Field Visits: Travel to assigned customer residences, work addresses, or business locations within a local cluster to meet borrowers face-to-face.

• Payment Recovery & Reminders: Collect overdue EMIs (Equated Monthly Installments), encourage spot digital/online payments via official bank links, or facilitate payment receipts.

• Counseling & Negotiation: Explain the financial and credit score (CIBIL) impact of non-payment, understand the customer's financial constraints, and set realistic Promise-to-Pay (PTP) dates or settlement options.

• App Updates & Reporting: Log daily visit outcomes, status updates, and current customer contact details into the company's or bank's mobile recovery app.

• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to RBI (Reserve Bank India) guidelines, debt collection codes, and fair practice policies (zero harassment or Coercion.)
