Job Summary:

Get Right Property is looking for a energetic, creative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing activities for real estate projects.

The candidate will be responsible for property portal management, online advertising, lead generation, social media marketing, paid campaigns, and brand promotion. The primary objective is to generate quality leads and improve the company's digital presence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Real Estate Portal Management:

- Manage and update property listings on 99acres, Magicbricks, Housing.com, and NoBroker.
- Upload property details, images, videos, pricing, amenities, and project information.
- Optimize listings to improve visibility and generate enquiries.

Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising:

- Plan, execute, and manage campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Run Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Define target audiences, manage advertising budgets, and optimize campaigns.
- Improve lead quality and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).

Social Media Marketing:

- Manage company social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Publish content related to property launches, projects, offers, and real estate updates.
- Create and manage posts, reels, stories, banners, and promotional videos.

Lead Generation & Management:

- Generate qualified leads through property portals, social media, and paid advertisements.
- Maintain lead databases and track lead performance.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead allocation and follow-ups.
- Analyze lead quality and conversion performance.

Content Creation & Branding:

- Create marketing creatives using Canva or similar designing tools.




- Develop property advertisements and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain consistent brand communication across digital platforms.

Google Marketing & Analytics:

- Manage Google Ads Search and Display campaigns.
- Conduct basic keyword research.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

Required Technical Skills:

- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Real Estate Portals: 99acres, Magicbricks, Housing.com, and NoBroker.
- Google Ads (Search & Display Campaigns).
- Social Media Marketing and Management.
- Lead Generation, Tracking, and Reporting.
- Canva or Basic Graphic Designing Tools.
- Google Analytics, SEO, and Keyword Research.
- MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Cost Per Lead (CPL) and advertising budget utilization.
- Lead quality and conversion performance.
- Property portal listing performance.
- Social media reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Paid campaign Return on Investment (ROI).

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage.

Experience Required:

- 2-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Real estate industry experience will be preferred.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads and real estate property portals is highly preferred.
