Production Management

Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and resources.

Review production schedules and address operational challenges to minimize disruptions.

Monitor production KPIs and take corrective actions to improve performance.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and productivity improvement initiatives.

Analyse production processes and implement improvements to reduce cycle time, waste, and operational costs.

Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvements.

Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Team Leadership

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Production Engineers, Supervisors, and Operators.

Support workforce development through training and skill enhancement programs.

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Coordinate shift activities and ensure effective communication between teams.

Quality Management

Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.

Collaborate with Quality teams to investigate and resolve production-related issues.

Drive defect reduction initiatives and improve process capability.

Participate in audits and ensure adherence to quality management systems.

Equipment & Maintenance Coordination

Work closely with Maintenance teams to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.

Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities.

Lead equipment improvement and capacity enhancement projects.

Participate in current equipment installations and production line expansions.

Safety, Health & Environment

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.

Conduct safety reviews, risk assessments,



and incident investigations.

Promote a strong safety culture within the production team.

Support environmental sustainability initiatives and compliance requirements.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and review production reports, performance dashboards, and management reviews.

Ensure SOPs, work instructions, and production documentation are maintained and updated.

Present operational performance, improvement initiatives, and project updates to management.

WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)

Full-time BE in Mechanical/ Production/ Mechatronics with 5-8 Years of Experience

Lean Six Sigma Green belt

ISO 9001/ Internal Auditor certification

Skills:

Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes

Understanding of lean manufacturing, 5s kaizen and continuous improvement methodologies

Knowledge of production planning and inventory management

Familiarity with Erp/ MRP systems

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work under pressure to meet production deadlines

Time management skills

Leadership and coordination capabilities

Problem solving and decision making skills
