We are hiring experienced Technical Trainers / Technical Instructors for an exciting opportunity with our client(Permanent position with Wipro).

Position: Technical Trainer Entrust / HSM / PKI

Required Experience: 7–20 Years
Work Mode: Web-based / Online Training

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver technical training on Entrust CSP and HSM products.
- Develop and maintain training materials, instructor guides, student guides and technical documentation.
- Design and deliver self-paced online training modules.
- Conduct hands-on technical exercises and practical sessions.
- Install and configure Entrust and third-party products for training environments.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, employees and partners.

Mandatory Skills:

- 5–10 years of experience as a Technical Trainer / Instructor.
- Strong experience delivering classroom-based technical training.
- Experience developing technical training content and learning materials.




- Hands-on experience with Adobe Captivate and Adobe Acrobat.
- Good knowledge of Network Security concepts.
- Experience with AWS, AMI and Security Groups.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Positive to Have:

- Knowledge of PKI, Digital Certificates, HSM and Authentication.
- Experience with LDAP and Microsoft Active Directory.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline and Webex Training.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
