Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Engineer with 2–7 years of experience in high-rise residential building projects. The candidate must have hands-on experience in project billing, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, BBS, RA bills, and contractor billing for residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify RA Bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills for high-rise residential projects.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and measurement sheets for civil and finishing works.
- Verify site measurements and maintain Measurement Books (MB).
- Review BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Handle billing for RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and finishing works.




- Prepare reconciliation statements for cement, steel, RMC, and other construction materials.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and consultants for bill verification and approvals.
- Prepare extra item claims, deviation statements, and rate analysis.
- Monitor project quantities, work progress, and billing schedules.
- Maintain proper records of certified bills, submitted bills, and payment status.
- Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–7 years of relevant experience in billing for high-rise residential building projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction activities and quantity surveying.
- Hands-on experience in RA Bills, BOQ,BBS, MB, subcontractor billing, and final billing.
- Good knowledge of RCC structure and finishing work billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Robust analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.

Candidate Profile

- Must have experience in high-rise residential construction projects.
- Candidates from residential / construction companies will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 5–10 days preferred.
