We are looking for a passionate, energetic individual to join our Lending Services division. You will be part of team working as an extension to our US based client ensuring we fulfill the applicable SLAs.
Shift Timings- 10 PM-7:00 AM
Notice Period-Immediate Joiners/ 30 Days
Role & responsibilities
- Review Approved Loan Documentation and perform end to end Deal Booking of Bilateral Loans on Loan Application System
- Preparation of Loan Funding Wire Requests
- Notional Movement of Funds to relevant GLs of the bank/branches
- Execute fund disbursement for all loan types in accordance with approved instructions.
- Post-Closing & Compliance
- Maintain vault files and ensure proper documentation storage.
- Scan and archive signed loan documents, Credit Closing Records (CCRs),
and other relevant materials etc.)
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in Commercial Lending Deal Booking/Facility Capture across Bilateral & Syndicated Loans
- Understanding of Lending lifecycle with excellent understanding of Loan Agreements and internal approval bank documentation
- Working knowledge of Loan Application System such as LIQ/AFS/ACBS/Navigator
- Excellent written and robust business communication skills to deal with a variety of stakeholders
- Commerce Graduate / MBA (Finance)
