About the Role

Aloxe Ventures is looking for a driven and business-oriented Brand Manager to take end-to-end ownership of assigned brands and lead their growth, profitability and operational execution.

This is a leadership opportunity for someone who understands the complete e-commerce business ecosystem—not just marketplace operations.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams and coordinating catalogue management, marketplace operations, supply chain, inventory planning, procurement, warehouse, logistics and product launches to ensure smooth business operations and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of assigned brands, business performance, revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead and coordinate catalogue, marketplace, supply chain, procurement and operational teams.
- Drive Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplace performance.
- Oversee product listings, catalogue quality, pricing, promotions and product launches.
- Manage demand planning, inventory availability, replenishment and ageing stock.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Monitor warehouse, dispatch and logistics performance.
- Analyse sales, margins, inventory and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop SOPs,



dashboards and reporting systems to improve business efficiency.
- Conduct weekly operational reviews and monthly business performance reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, retail, consumer goods or business operations.
- Practical experience with Amazon Vendor Central / Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Robust understanding of inventory planning, supply chain and marketplace operations.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Experience in team management and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to take ownership, make decisions and deliver measurable business results.

Preferred Industry Experience: Home & Kitchen, Home Improvement, Consumer Goods, Retail or Manufacturing.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.
