About the Role: Franklin Templeton is looking for professionals with strong experience in Investment Banking Operations and hands-on expertise in the Aladdin platform. This is a contractual opportunity with potential for extension and full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support investment operations and trade lifecycle processes
• Work extensively on the Aladdin platform for portfolio, trade, and risk management activities
• Ensure accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting of transactions
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across front office, middle office, and operations teams
• Maintain data integrity,
resolve breaks, and support day-to-day operational activities Mandatory Requirements:
• 6–10 years of experience in Investment Banking / Asset Management Operations
• Hands-on working experience in BlackRock Aladdin platform (non-negotiable)
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, securities, and financial instruments
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
