Role & responsibilities: In this role, you will play a key part in executing financial planning and reporting activities across the markets. You will support the creation of standardized reports, development of
initial forecasts/budgets, and analysis of financial performance to enable data-driven decision-making.
Build and maintain standard reporting packs for various stakeholders, ensuring that key performance metrics are accurately captured and delivered on time to support informed decision-making.
Manage the publication of dashboards and reports, enhancing financial visibility and ensuring timely delivery of insights that reflect current performance and trends.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions and strategic initiatives, providing transparent explanations of variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast vs.
budget) and highlighting key drivers behind the numbers.
Preferred candidate profile:2-15 years of Experience in financial planning and analysis processes, with a preference for CPG industry experience.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and presentation.
Familiarity with finance, reporting, or analytics.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) and financial modelling.
