Job Overview
TOS is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain desktop systems and IT infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users.
- Install and configure Windows OS and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Handle user account creation and password resets.
- Assist with basic networking and system administration tasks.
- Maintain IT asset records and support documentation.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in IT/Desktop Support.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, and networking.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
