About the Role

We are hiring experienced Staff Nurses for a leading Mother & Child Care Hospital in Raipur. Candidates will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients across various departments of Gynecology/ Pediatrics/ Neonatal General Ward, PICU, NICU and Operation Theatre OT.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care and support to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in their health condition to the concerned doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations, treatments and medical procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes and clinical documentation.
- Ensure proper patient hygiene, comfort and safety.




- Monitor and provide care to mothers and newborns as per departmental requirements.
- Assist in managing emergency situations and provide immediate nursing support.
- Follow infection control practices, hygiene standards and patient safety protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of nursing stations, equipment and patient care areas.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setup.
- Relevant nursing experience in Gynecology, General Ward, ICU (PICU / NICU), or OT.
- Nursing qualification such as GNM / B.Sc. Nursing.
- Good knowledge of patient care, clinical procedures and infection control practices.
- Robust communication, teamwork and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.
