Role & responsibilities

- Independently manage end-to-end Visual Merchandising (VM) activities for assigned clients and projects.
- Handle client coordination, understand requirements, and ensure smooth execution of VM projects.
- Manage on-field operations, including site visits, installations, branding, displays, and execution.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, exhibitions, promotional activities, and VM setups.
- Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Take complete ownership of project execution, from planning and coordination to final implementation.
- Handle on-ground challenges independently and ensure effective problem-solving.
- Be versatile to work during night events, late hours, and extended shifts whenever project requirements demand.
- Ensure quality, timely execution, and client satisfaction across all assigned projects.

Preferred candidate profile





- 35 years of relevant experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Branding, Event Execution, or related fields.
- Must have experience independently handling clients and on-field execution.
- Strong understanding of VM activities, branding, installations, displays, and event management.
- Ability to independently manage complete VM operations and projects.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be proactive, responsible, and comfortable handling multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel locally and work during night events or odd hours as required.
- Candidates residing in or around Andheri will be preferred.
