Role & responsibilities

- Responsibilities Banquet Steward

- Set up banquet halls, tables, chairs and buffet counters as per event requirements.

- Ensure proper cleanliness and presentation of banquet areas.

- Serve food and beverages to guests professionally.

- Maintain cutlery, crockery, glassware and service equipment.

- Assist in buffet setup, replenishment and clearance.

- Attend to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.

- Coordinate with the Banquet Captain and F&B; team during events.

- Follow hygiene, grooming and service standards.

- Handle guest complaints politely and report them to the supervisor.

- Ensure proper closing and cleaning of the banquet area after events.
