Role: Investment Banking Operations Analyst (Aladdin)
Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Contract (with possible extension / conversion to full-time) or Full time role we have contract / Full time both .

About the Role:
Franklin Templeton is looking for professionals with strong experience in Investment Banking Operations and hands-on expertise in the Aladdin platform. This is a contractual opportunity with potential for extension and full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support investment operations and trade lifecycle processes
- Work extensively on the Aladdin platform for portfolio, trade, and risk management activities
- Ensure accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting of transactions
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across front office, middle office, and operations teams




- Maintain data integrity, resolve breaks, and support day-to-day operational activities

Mandatory Requirements:

- 110 years of experience in Investment Banking / Asset Management Operations
- Hands-on working experience in BlackRock Aladdin platform (non-negotiable)
- Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, securities, and financial instruments
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
