We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Financial & Commercial Analyst to oversee IT financial management, supplier procurement, and vendor contract administration. In this role, you will control IT capital expenditure (CapEx) and operational expenditure (OpEx) against budgets, drive cost-minimization during supplier negotiations, and maintain seamless alignment between IT operations and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:

- IT Budget & Financial Management: Track, analyze, and manage CapEx and OpEx spend, oversee accruals and prepayments, contribute to monthly P&L; reporting, and administer Purchase Orders.
- Procurement & Supplier Relations: Lead contract negotiations and renewals with IT vendors, monitor contract timelines and SLAs, and handle IT equipment, software, and service procurement.
- Administration & Operations: Manage ad-hoc administrative duties, operational reporting,



and project tasks as allocated.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in IT procurement, IT financial analysis, vendor management, or a commercial support role within an IT environment.
- Financial & Commercial Competencies: Robust understanding of CapEx/OpEx classification, accruals, prepayments, and monthly P&L; reconciliation, paired with proven negotiation skills to drive cost savings.
- Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), procurement platforms, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Language: Fluent English (written and spoken).
