Role & Responsibilities

1. Prepare detailed project schedules, work plans and construction programmes.
2. Develop baseline schedules and monitor project progress against planned targets.
3. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers and Execution Teams for project planning and monitoring.
4. Monitor project activities related to Railway Civil Works, Earthwork, Bridges, Culverts, Track Works and other infrastructure works.
5. Prepare resource planning for manpower, materials, machinery and equipment.
6. Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors regarding project schedules and progress.
7. Assist in preparation of project budgets, BOQ analysis and work progress measurements.
8. Prepare project dashboards and management reports using MS Excel and MS Project / Primavera P6.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E Civil

5-6 years of experience in Planning & Scheduling, preferably in Railway / Infrastructure Civil Projects
