Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Head to manage end-to-end operations for an international US Healthcare account. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical billing, claims processing, client management, and large-scale operations delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end US Healthcare BPO operations, including medical billing, claims processing, and document indexing.
- Ensure accurate processing of professional claims (CMS-1500/HCFA-1500) and institutional claims (UB-04).
- Lead and manage large operational teams of 150+ FTEs in a 24x6 or 24x7 environment.
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, productivity, turnaround time, claims accuracy, and quality performance.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, PHI protection, and data security requirements.
- Manage international client relationships, escalations, MBRs, and QBRs.




- Drive process improvements, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
- Manage workforce planning, resource utilization, operational costs, and account profitability.
- Lead employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

- 8- 10 years of experience in BPO/ITES, preferably in US Healthcare operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior delivery leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM, medical billing, and claims processing.
- Experience with CMS-1500/HCFA-1500 and UB-04 claim forms.
- Practical understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare data security.
- Proven experience managing 150+ FTEs and 24x6/24x7 operations.
- Strong expertise in SLA management, client handling, workforce planning, and operational performance.
- Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant discipline.
- Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage.
