- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and guidelines for NBFCs, including registration, licensing, and ongoing monitoring.
- Develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks associated with financial markets operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective actions plans.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on regulatory requirements and company policies.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related field (NBFC industry preferred).
- Robust understanding of SEBI regulations and guidelines applicable to NBFCs.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective compliance programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
