Responsible for business development, lead generation, and technical sales of CNC machines and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing current customers in the CNC and Machine Tools industry.
- Understanding customer technical requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
- Preparing technical quotations and negotiating commercial terms.
- Coordinating with the technical team for feasibility and trials.
- Achieving sales targets and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of CNC machines and automation components.
- Ability to explain technical specifications to customers.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- MBA in Marketing (Optional/Preferred).
Other Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Frequent travel to meet clients across the region.
- Two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
