Resposibilties:
- Providing training in curriculum implementation
- Conducting center visits for operational support
- Conducting regular Academic audits for the centers
- Orientation programs for parents and teachers
- Ensuring high standards of quality at the centers
- Regular mentoring of all centers in and around the territory assigned
- Ensuring regular teacher training at the assigned centers
- Maintaining centers as per the prescribed norms
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi
- Positive understanding of the preschool and early childhood education sector
- Exposure to preschool franchise operations will be preferred
- Comfortable undertaking extensive travel (approximately 15 days per month) within Ahmedabad and nearby locations
- Sound knowledge of early childhood curriculum, learning methodologies, and child development practices
